Shipping policy

1. We aim to ensure you get your product within our next day delivery service (working days unless Saturday delivery has been selected during checkout process).

2. We will dispatch your order on the same working day so if you need your item please make sure you get it ordered before 13:00, for delivery next working day.(Please note: some areas are a two day service, this will be notified before checkout is complete).

3. Once the item has been dispatched, we are unable to alter any addresses. This has to be done via yourself by going on to the DPD website - https://www.dpd.co.uk and put in the tracking number and the delivery post code. You will have a number of options available.

4. You will receive your 1 hour time slot on the morning of the delivery from DPD.

5. Once the item has arrived, please check it for any damages and report to us straight away.

7. Items over 31kg - Larger items will be dispatched via Tuffnells. You will receive an email from Tuffnells on the day of delivery with more details of time.
