Where about is my order?
Our goal is to insure you get your product with our 1-2 day delivery service (working days unless Saturday delivery has been selected during checkout process), we have products dispatched every day so if you need your item please make sure you get it ordered before 15:00, for delivery next working day ( Please note: Some areas are a 2-5 day service, this will be notified before checkout is complete).

How do i return my item?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your item you can easily return it to us as long as its within 14 days from when your item arrived.
If you want to return your item you can do so as long as it it returned to us in the condition it arrived in, this includes its packaging and instructions etc. Otherwise we will not be able to give you a full refund, this goes by the condition the product comes back to us, for example if you return the item to us in worse condition to what it arrived to you as then we would only be able to refund you say half the amount of the original price.
Cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.Alternatively you can arrange your own return to us. If your item get lost in the post when returning it we are not held responsible for this, any returns are under your responsibility and we can’t do anything or refund you until the items have fully arrived to us.
If your item has arrived to you damaged you must report it to us within the next 5 working days from delivery.
For items less than 20Kg you will be provided with a pre paid returns label where you can drop the item off at a local DPD pick up shop. This may be your local newsagents, pharmacy or other local partner.
Items above 20Kg may require us to arrange a courier to collect.

After we have received your return delivery and its in the same condition you got it as then we are able to refund you within the next 48 hours
Please note. Parts only warranty for outside of mainland UK. this does not affect your consumer rights.
What shall i do if my item is damaged?
If your product has arrived to you damaged then you should contact us straight away. Although our items may arrived damaged we always try our best to insure the item is in 100% perfect working and looking condition. Don’t forget to contact us giving us your order number and fully explaining the damage. We will also require photographic images of the damage and packaging.
I wish to cancel my order
If you wish to cancel your order you are able to by contacting us within 14 days of your purchase.
