Klarna is a Swedish payment service provider that takes end-to-end responsibility for your payment. Klarna is the provider of Smooth payments to more than 100,000 online stores. Over 60 million consumers worldwide have trusted Klarna to securely handle their payments.

Klarna will send you an email with further details on how to pay. Your email will contain a link to Klarna where you can settle your payment with your credit or debit card.

You will receive an invoice once your order has been dispatched which will give you details of how to pay. You will then be sent a further reminder after 14 days and 2 days before the payment due date. If you do not pay the balance, Klarna will send you another reminder 14 days later, followed by a third reminder 14 days after this if you have not paid the balance. If after 30 days from your third reminder you have still not paid the balance your details will be passed to the Klarna debt and disputes team, and this may affect your credit rating.

If you want to make a purchase with Klarna you need to provide your name,address, email address and mobile phone number. For some orders you may need to provide your date of birth, too. All information will be sent to your email address, including payment reminders and links to your online statements. It’s very important that you give us the correct details, as otherwise you will not receive the payment information.

At the moment we support the Pay In 3 (also known as slice it in 3) Klarna option.

If you have received your goods and want to pay your statement, go to Klarna’s payment page https://app.klarna.com/login and sign in with the email address you entered upon ordering.

You can log in at http://app.klarna.com/login, where you will find all of your orders and payment schedule information. You can also contact Klarna’s Customer Service Team here. They’ll be able to provide you with the payment details.

If you have made a partial refund, an updated statement will be sent to you by Klarna once JD has received it. With a full return, Klarna will refund any payments collected and cancel any future scheduled payments.

Klarna will send you an email with instructions on how to make the payment and a link to the payment page. You can also login here https://app.klarna.com/login using your email address you placed the order with and will be able to view your Klarna payments.
