Before You Contact Us – UK Heatwave Notice

We are currently experiencing a high volume of enquiries. Due to a backlog of support tickets, response times may be longer than usual. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Due to the current UK heatwave, fridges - especially glass door models - may work harder than normal to maintain their set temperature.

It is normal during hot weather for the sides of the appliance to feel warm or hot, for the compressor to run more often, and for temperature fluctuations, condensation, or ice build-up to occur more commonly.

Before raising a ticket, please ensure the appliance is kept out of direct sunlight, has the correct ventilation clearance, is not overloaded with warm products, and that the door is kept closed as much as possible.

If your fridge is still cooling and recovering temperature over time, this is usually normal during periods of high ambient temperature. Please only contact us if the appliance is not cooling at all, shows an error, or you believe there is a clear fault.

Please use this form to submit your request quickly and easily. Provide all the required information so our customer service team can review your case as soon as possible.
