1. We aim to ensure you get your product within our next day delivery service (working days unless Saturday delivery has been selected during checkout process).

2. We will dispatch your order on the same working day so if you need your item please make sure you get it ordered before 14:00, for delivery next working day.(Please note: some areas are a two day service and incur a small charge, this will be notified before checkout is complete).

3. Once the item has been dispatched, we are unable to alter any addresses. This has to be done via yourself by going on to the DPD website - https://www.dpd.co.uk and put in the tracking number and the delivery post code. You will have a number of options available.

4. You will receive your 1 hour time slot on the morning of the delivery from DPD.
