- Oversized Items and Special Deliveries: Items above 31kg require special handling and are sent via a 3-5 day freight delivery service. While we make every effort to dispatch these items as quickly as possible, please allow for the additional delivery timeframe.
- Small Accessories: please note that small accessories and lightweight items will be sent via Royal Mail First Class.
