Delivery Options & Timeframes

Standard Delivery

  • Available on most items within mainland UK

  • Estimated delivery: within 2 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays)

  • Orders must be placed by 14:00 for same-day dispatch

Expedited Next-Day Delivery

  • Available for £2.95

  • Orders must be placed by 16:00 for next-day delivery

Saturday Delivery (Mainland UK Only)

  • Offered on most items for an additional charge of £9.95


Oversized & Freight Deliveries

Items weighing over 31kg or considered oversized require special handling and are shipped via a freight delivery service, typically delivered within 3–5 working days.

Important information:

  • These items are delivered on pallets and require someone to be present to accept and inspect the delivery

  • Delivery is kerbside only; drivers are not obligated to move items indoors

  • Pallets are non-returnable – disposal or recycling is the customer’s responsibility

  • Delivery carriers will not remove any product packaging or collect/dispose of old appliances


Small Accessories

Lightweight items and small accessories are dispatched via Royal Mail standard postage.


Remote Area Deliveries

For deliveries to designated remote areas, the following options are available:

Standard Delivery

  • Estimated delivery: within 3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays)

  • Orders must be placed by 14:00

Expedited Two-Day Delivery

  • Available for £2.95

  • Orders must be placed by 16:00


Delivery Notifications & Address Changes

  • Once your order is dispatched, the carrier will provide delivery updates, allowing you to track your order and plan accordingly

  • After dispatch, Subcold Ltd cannot amend delivery addresses. To make any changes, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number and postcode via their website

  • For freight deliveries, please contact our support team via our online contact form
